Waiting for his return

I know I can be melancholy (is that how you spell it) but I've listened to more "words" tonight.

How is it that words can be so moving and powerful. Remember, God just spoke and . . .

I think I mainly am writing so there is continued life on the blog until Mr. Energy gets home and then we can delete my rambles.

I think I played Crowder's "Here is our King" 30 some times today. Go to Youtube and watch it, yes watch, but listen, listen to the words. Do we really search ourselves or are we just being
melancholy?

Oswald Sanders says, "are you obsessed by something?" Psalm 25:12 says we are to be obsessed by God. Remember those Calvin Klein commercials for his fragrance "obsession"?
Yah, they inferred erotic obsession, but if our obsession with God is that our total being, our life, inside and out, is to be totally about His presence, maybe the word obsession is really pretty close.

And then to really take in that He is obsessed with us . . . oh wow.

Oh, wow.
