Misunderstood (facebook series)
David wanted to help his brothers with THEIR battle but he had to overcome mean comments from his brother Eliab first! Eliab thought he understood his youngest brother but he could not see David's heart- he misinterpreted confidence in God to be arrogance. He thought David was just "talking big" for a boy his age. The truth was that God was training David to rely on God alone. If we are willing, God will teach us and train us to walk in His ways. God's training is based on on-on-one intimacy. The greater the intimacy with God we have, the greater the anointing we will experience. Like David, have your good intentions ever been misunderstood? You may have a Eliab in your life that tells you why you cannot do something; BUT God has a voice too! Close your ears to negativity and see yourself as God sees you. God will use your uniqueness to enrich the lives of many people. Final comment, life's biggest regrets are those things we learn later that we should have done. Live life fully!
